Heidi Baking was created in 2010 partnering with Erlenbacher Cakes for the North American Market. We pride ourselves in being passionate Artisan Bakers that share the Values and Philosophies of our Partner. Honest products, with real ingredients that are sustainably sourced. We love calling the PNW home and our US operation is based out of the greater Seattle WA area, while our Canadian operation is based out of Victoria B.C. We are deeply moved by this landscape and its people and we are proud to serve this community.
